OAAQ not getting updated properly

HI,

Currently in OAAQ closed Fiscal Year is 2008. Current Fiscal Year is 2010.

I did AJAB to close Fiscal Year 2009. AJAB also ran withiout errors.

Even after successful run of AJAB for 2009, OAAQ still shows 2008 as last closed fiscal year instead of FY 2009.

Please help me to solve the issue. to update 2009 as closed FY in OAAQ.

Please note Depreciation has completely posted for FY 2009 till period 12.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Srinivas

Please run AJRW for Fiscal Year change.

It will be updated in OAAQ then.

    Hi,

Please make sure that you are running AJAB for the right company code and checking OAAQ to that CC or not....

You must need to run your AJAB in back ground mode only.

once th job completes, go and check the log for the job in SM37--whether FY close has been performed or not...

    Thanks,

    Srinu

The error might be due to Legacy asset data transfer date. Once you change legacy asset transfer date fiscal year is updated in OAAQ even though we have not closed the fiscal year with AJAB.

If there are any errors for depreciation posting for that fiscal we will not be able to change the fiscal year.

Change the legacy asset transfer date and complete the fiscal year closing.

    Hi,

For fiscal year to be displayed in OAAQ, check with the following

    1. Depreciation run AFAB

    2. Year end closing AJAB

    3. Asset Fiscal year change AJRW

    regards,

    Srinivas,

I have had similar problem before. I think the problem is somewhere in the buffering but here is how I solve this problem everytime. I simply logout of the client for a short while and logback in to recheck OAAQ which by then will be updated.

    Thanks,

    Jagdish
