Unknown Path Status for the Access Request.

Hello guys,

I am facing an issue for "New account request" submission, Request is not delivered to Mangers Work Inbox, in Search Request it displays Path status as "UNKNOWN". I have created a standard MSMP workflow (no customization / no BRF+ used) for New Account path, Request is not displaying in Manager Work Inbox (Manger stage is the first stage of the workflow).

Let me know for further information required.

    Hi Sandeep,

    Please check if you have Performed task-specific workflow customizing activities in GRC system.

    Hi Madhu,

    Referred the above mentioned SNote and followed the attachment, now i am able to receive the requests in my Work Inbox. Thanks for your quick turnaround.
