& this tablespace has approx 4 GB growth in a month

so , where to add file ?

i have decided sapdata2 where vgdisplay vg03 tells-

VG Name /dev/vg03

VG Write Access read/write

VG Status available, exclusive

Max LV 255

Cur LV 6

Open LV 6

Max PV 16

Cur PV 1

Act PV 1

Max PE per PV 12799

VGDA 2

PE Size (Mbytes) 16

Total PE 12798

Alloc PE 10938

Free PE 1860

Total PVG 0

Total Spare PVs 0

Total Spare PVs in use 0

how much size can i add ?

As long as the cluster is properly set up, there won't be any problems.

Of course you have to extend tablespace on that cluster member where sapdata file systems are currently mounted.

hope this helps
