We are in the process of upgrade from 4.7 to ECC6.0 and we are facing a problem that PI sheets with status completed, discarded or cancelled are not copied in the upgraded system.
Try making a new PI sheet in the upgraded system and have the status to complete, discarded or cancelled if you are not able to do so then probably there is note in this regard.
