Budget with cost center DTW import

I have a task to upload the budget along with the cost center. I can do the process manually, by right click and add cost center. Since I have a big list of cost center I am looking for a DTW import solution. I can DTW import the budget(without cost center). I am not able to make templates for budget with cost centers
