Actual Activity Quantity

We are doing the actual activity price calculation KSII as part of our period end activities. However, some errors are happening:

for certain cost centres, activity quantity has not been entered and the following error is appearing:

Cost center 132BB4 activity type POWER: costs exist although activity 0

Message no. KP250

Diagnosis

The plan or actual activity for cost center 132BB4, activity type POWER is 0. However, costs were planned or posted in period(s) 1.

System Response

The SAP System cannot calculate activity prices for this activity type as this would involve division by zero. The plan or actual costs are ignored in activity price calculation.

Procedure

Check activity price calculation in planning for activity type POWER in cost center 132BB4 and the costs planned for period(s) 1.

I understand that actual activity quantity is not entered for the cost centres in error. Where can I maintain the actual activity quantities ?
