Purchase requisition not subject to a release strategy

Hi All,

When I will release PR, appears Error: "Purchase requisition not subject to a release strategy". I've check the configuration, but it was appropriate. Can anyone help me to find the solution?

the release stratergy is not applied to that Purchase requisition.

If all the charecterstics maintained is not satisfied then the release stragety will not applied.

check if the PR document type is set for total release or for single item release.

this properties make influence about the release strategy.

check the characteristic values in CL20N

and also check ovelapping of values(same values) in more than 01 release strategy..at that time system does not understand which is to be taken

In our case also we have faced this problem

Usually when you are executing ME54N the system displays the latest viewed / modified PR.

Hope in your case the latest PR viewd / modified is not subjected to release. Hence it is showing the message

Go to ME22N open your PR - Press save button. Then try to open the same in ME54N.

hi,

if you have maintained the values of the characteristics in the purchase requistion as per the value maintained for the release strategy, then the release strategy will definitely triggers.

also check whther u r assignements are there in cl24n trx by giving the class.FRG_EBAN
