A User is performing the same job (same role) for 2 different call centers (org unit). They are assigned to 2 different org units within the same service organization in the org model. When logging into the ICWC, the system presents the user with a list of the role/org units and they have to pick one before proceeding. When creating an IR record, the system assigns the "Group Responsible" based on the user's place in the org model. Since they selected the role at login, the system always knows what org unit to determine as the "Group Responsible".
However, when User logs in via Portal, there is no such behavior. System consistently assigns the same Group Responsible (the one with the lowest bp number).
Anyone witnessed the same? Is there a way to get the ICWC behavior when using Portal?
