Hi,
After solution manager 7.2 upgrade, dynamic queries in ITSM are not having some search condition fields like IS not for most of the fields. They are stuck with what ever is loaded by default. Objects like BTQAICSearch in CRMVC_DQ maintenance are not showing up all the z fields that are visible from the incident search. How can we identify the right object name and update the z fields and others.
PS: This is coming from a BASIS guy, please don't mind my lack of knowledge in CRM areas.
