Surplus Budget override

Hi Experts,

The requirement is like,

We have a project, for which we have assigned budget ex.10000. Cost planning were taken place and the actual were posted ex.90000 and the budget surplus is 10000

Now client require the surplus amount (10000) should not display in the report of the project.

pl. share to short out the issue.

Avisek,

we are planning to use the report S_ALR_87013557 - Budget/Actual/Variance.

You can further suggest me if any better option to meet the requirement.
