Purchase Orders not reflecting to SNC for Location type 1002 plants

Hi,

We are using SCM 5.1,Support pac 9.

Purchase orders are not reflecting to SNC portal from SAP ECC for those plants which are created as location type 1002.

please note that for location type 1001 there is no issue and PO's are getting updated in SNC.

The error message from SMXB_MONI is given below:

BuyerParty on Item level 3012: Customer data couldn't be determined

Please let us know what could be the reason and how to resolve the issue.

thanks in advance,

Venkat.

    Hi Venkat,

    I have following question for you:

    1) You are using stanard Mapping (ECC>PI>SNC) for POC?

    2) have u created BP as a orgnaization and assign to your location?

    If answer is yes for both question then check ur RON_IN XML(failed XML) BuyerParty xml tag has business partner value of you DC(location type 1002).

    For eg:Test is your plant (location type=1002) in SNC and Business partner Test is assign to ur location Test

    Location=Test(location type=1002)

    BP Orgnaization=Test and this is assign to location Test.

    Check <BuyerParty>

    <InternalID>Test</InternalID>

    <BuyerParty>

    is coming in RON_IN XML.

    let me for any clarification.

    Thanks,

    Nikhil

    Hi! venkat,

    I dont think it has anything to do with location type.

    Please check whether you have assigned customer BP to your plant location.
