SAP HANA CLOUD PLANTFORM Neo trail account DATABASE Account got deleted.

Hi colleague,

I could not restart the database for trail account. Hence it is deleted. Now i have lost all the data , schemas, tables views everything as Database deleted. Could you please let me know how can i get back the trail account database.

Its urgency that i require that db where i have vast amount of data in that. Please provide me solution.

Hi Prasuna,

I'm very sorry, but for trial databases there is no backup. Therefore after the deletion of a trial database, it is not possible to recover the content.

I am afraid that is the policy with trial accounts. You can check internally since you are from SAP about the same if some possibility exist. As far as I am aware once it is deleted can not be recovered.
