BW/4HANA - add object to transport request from Eclipse

Hello Experts,

I wonder if it is possible to add something (DTP, ADSO, etc) to the transport request directly from Eclipse?

I would like to add DTP to transport request without change / activation of DTP. Of course I can do that using standard BW transactions (RSA1 - Transport Connection), but is it possible to achieve the same directly in Eclipse - BW Modelling perspective?

Hi Mateusz,

Adding objects to transport requests directly from Eclipse is not possible in the latest version of BW4/HANA (2.0) but I think this will be possible in the future.

Hi Mateusz,

When you are developing BW objects first time in BW4HANA using Modelling Tools, it will not ask for Transport request. You have to manually collect in Transport Connection.

However, it will ask when you are trying to re-transport the same objects again.
