In Solan Email is not getting triggered

In Solman we have created a customized status so for every status there should be an email triggered now I can see for standard like developer email is being triggered succesfully but for customized one like Team Leader we can see in Action schedulde but it shows an error that action is not defined and while we try to execute it disappears.. can some one please help?
