Why formula does not work as expected?

Hello,

I have developed attached report.Not sure what is wrong for the NetIncome formula but it does not display the correct value

@Netincomevalue

{@EBITDCurrMonth} -{#CurrMonthOthersTotal}

In the attached report {@EBITDCurrMonth} = 0.0 and {#CurrMonthOthersTotal}=285.8

So my @Netincomevalue should give me (285.8)

Instead of that it shows (1454.0)

This formula I show in "Report Footer"

As someone please help me as what is wrong here?

    Do you know the value of {#CurrMonthOthersTotal} because you've displayed it on the report or because you've calculated what it should be based on the values that are appearing? Also, how is {#CurrMonthOthersTotal} configured - when is it calculating and resetting?

    • I'm glad you were able to get it working correctly! The process we've gone through with this question is the process I usually use when I'm troubleshooting my own reports. Hopefully it will give you thoughts about how to troubleshoot these types of errors in yours.
