Hi ,
I can not find configuration of ' No stock removal stragey' when i stock removal configuration in EWM. But, it is interesting that it was used in WM !!
When i selected 'No stock removal strategy' , SAP did not suggest any source storage bin.
I want to use this functionality in EWM ! Any idea ?
If EWM does not support it , what i have to do ? SAP Note ?
My scenerio is that i stock removal from high rack storage . Availability of storage type --> highest Hu level that is why SAP find source storage bin. But, i want to pick up any HU from high rack storage type. Is it possible ? I do not want to use any removal rule.

Thanks all ,
We decided to create a custom program for RFUI . They will select HU then program will create WT for picking.

Hi,
I guess, there is only one simple solution to your problem: keep the stock just on plant / storage location level and don't set up a warehouse number. I mean, obviously you / your customer does not want to use a warehouse management system, otherwise such a question would not come up.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi sushant wanjari ,
If i configure Bulk Storage , Sap recommends source bin but i have only 1 pallet in 1 storage bin.
That is why i should pick up pallet from determined source bin. It is not solution for this process.
I need WT without source bin !

Hi,
It is against standard SAP to create a pick task created without a source bin. You can influence the way system determines the source bin based on removal rule, or some custom logic. Not proposing a source bin is actually not utilizing warehouse optimization.
What is the logic for Business to change the system proposed bin. If the Business knows which bin they want to pick from then, I would suggest they create the pick task by manually specifying the removal bin.

Hi,
In your high rack area, are all the pallets of same configurations (I mean quantity per pallet). If so, then it is recommended that you set up storage type as BULK with level of available quantity = storage bin. SAP would only propose the source bin and the user can pick any available pallet in that bin.
It is also recommended that the Bulk stack has single product and same batch (if batch management is active).
The task is created for the total delivery/replenishment quantity and user can pick equivalent number of pallets.
