Hi Srinivas,
I think this issue is related to Importing IDOC metadata.once again u have reimport the IDoc metadata using IDX2 and reprocess the messages and confirm if you have imported the IDoc and activate the same.

Aslo check IN SM58 for connection and Queue in SMQ2.Refresh the all Cache Objects using SXI_CACHE

Check SM58 transaction for more details.
Looks like some Queue issue, System Refresh can solve the issue.
