Unable to access dashboard in infoview

Hi,

I am unable to open/create dashnoard ( created by administrator) in infoview thorugh user login, although given access rights to PM repository server, dashboard server, analytical server to the all users through .

it gives following error:

An error has occurred while calling the method DBServerImpl.GetUserSecCmds(). AA2014

Can someone please resolve this issue?
