After upgrade to 7.0M Report Database seems to be missing

Hi,

We have done a test upgrade from 5.1 to 7.0M. In the upgrade manual there are several steps to execute for each application set. In this process (step 7) we get the message that the "Report database cannot be found". Any tips?

Furthermore although the data seems fine one of our hierarchies ("Account") does not show in the client and the report we run does not allow to drill down. The aggregated figures exacly match with our production database. Any tips?

Note: the application set that is used has been configured
