Print Control in InfoView

We are having issues with printing reports in InfoView. Sometimes it asks us to install the activex print control if we log onto that machine as the administrator. Is there an exe of the print control that can be installed instead of waiting to be prompted to install it? It does not prompt to be installed on every computer. Also some users where the print control load internet explorer immediately gets an error and when you hit ok it closes. Please advise.
