How can I change the order that shows RELB , ROU , NROU, O/H, without having make a new work order number

Has it it now if I put in ROU in the order area and some one tells me it should be a NROU. I have to make a new work order number and put in the order they want.

I like to do it without making a new work order number

Under Create PM Notification Malfunction Report

Is the page you are required to put ROU , NROU , STO , and etc.

if you pick ROU and the maintenance supervisor saids it needs to be STO

Under the page Create Routine Maintenance is where you have PM ACT TYPE here you can put REP , HOU , and etc

Here you can change with out ning s new work order.

What are "RELB, ROU, NROU, O/H" in your system? Are they order types? If so, you might want to make them Maintenance Activity Types instead; these can be changed after the order has been created.
