Merge Modules for Crystal Reports 2016?

I have a full license for Crystal Reports 2016, but can't seem to locate the necessary merge modules for installing CR 2016 with my Visual Studio app.Where can these be found (or is there another method for installing CR 2016 with a .Net Windows Forms app?)

The .NET SDK no longer comes packaged with Crystal. Instead, it is available for free download. If you go to https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Crystal+Reports%2C+Developer+for+Visual+Studio+Downloads, you'll find a bunch of information about the new version of the SDK, including some changes you'll need to make in your code so be sure to read the whole page. There is also a link to the actual download page. When you follow that link, you'll have to enter your name and email address. When you finally get to the download page, use the orange button to download the integration with Visual Studio. The blue buttons are the various install types that are available when you deploy your application - DO NOT install these on your developer machine. You'll also need to upgrade to VS 2010 or newer in order to be able to use this SDK.
