Slow performance of zcodes

Dear all,

please let me know that, how to solve the system performance issue. all the z codes which we have developed are taking long time in executing. due to this all the standard transactions are also taking time to execute.

please let me know the reasons for the same, all the transactions are taking minimum of 15 min to execute.
