PR and PO tolerance for PO with service

Hi there,

I have defined the PR and PO tolerance key in my system. When I tried to create a PO (with service line items) with reference to a PR, the system gives me error message saying 'PR tolerance is execeeded by xxx amount' even though I have not change the price at all when creating the PO. There is no price difference at all between the PR and PO. Does anyone know how and why this problem occurs?

Hi

Where did you maintain PR tolerance? Standard Keys will not check PO vlaue with PR value. I think It is developed by your own abapers. You need to check with them only.

It is there in the std menu Path : IMG > MM > Purchasing > PR > Tolerance Limit > Tolerance key. Has anyone use this function before? And does anyone know what is the logic used by SAP in computing the tolerance between PR and PO?
