Hi gurus,
We're using Hybris Billing solutions including CRM. We have implemented the process where master agreements are created and provider orders with contracts are created with reference to these master agreements.
Now I have the issue that I need to change the master agreement to add redefined rates. I did so by creating a successor item for the original item. But how can I execute a contract change that replaces the reference to the initial master agreement item with the newly created in the related contracts?
By standard, I don't have a change process for this, but I do need to establish this.
Any suggestions?
