My Trips and Expenses Webdynpro error in Portal (Travel Management)

Dear Experts,

We are on EP 7 ESS Business Package 14 and ECC 6. After configuring Travel Management and while testing in portal everything is working as expected in portal but I have a problem when I click on u201CCreate New Expense Reportu201D "Create New travel Request", Create New Travel Planning and other fields button (from the My Trips & Expenses Iview) gives the error "SERVICEKEY_INVALID".

Please find below more details on the error.

Caused by: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.modelimpl.dynamicrfc.WDDynamicRFC_Fault_Exception: Fault name: SERVICEKEY_INVALID, fault text: SERVICEKEY_INVALID.

Please help in solving this problem.

Note: I have seen the previous post related to the error but couldnu2019t solve my problem.

the error its just when import to RTS TEST, It's normal that in the urlhttp://../..monitoring/ComponentInfo the name of the ESS is sap.com/SAP_ESS and the DC modified is null/null and the location is 'LOKAL'?

Just check with the these things

1) You webdynpro ABAP application from SE80

Which ever applicable to you:

FITV_POWL_TRIPS My Trips and Expenses

FITV_POWL_ASSISTANT My Employees

FITE_REQUEST Create Travel Request

FITE_REQUEST_DELETE Delete Travel Request

FITP_PROFILE My Travel Profile

FITP_PLANNING Create Travel Plan

FITP_PLAN_CANCEL Cancel/Delete Travel Plan

2) Check the Roles

3) Check these Notes

Note 1060287

Note 1088717

Also check the system configuration from Portal

Also check the Application using Netweaver Administrator whether the webdynpro application and deployed properly and are in run mode.
