My Travel Requests Version 2 Fiori App Displaying Blank Screen

Hi All,

We have configured My Travel Requests Version 2 by the reference of Fiori Apps Library ('F0409AFiori Apps Library')

We can see the tile in Fiori Launchpad but when we click on the tile it is displaying blank as shown in below screenshot..

We have checked back end error log and front end log, in browser in console tab also we didn't find any error. We have activated all ICF services and Odata Services. And Front-end, Back-end components also there as per FIORI Apps Library.

Please guide us to resolve the issue..

Hi,

Can you please check your UI version and if it is not suit with configured app then please upgrade the UI version...

Basis team can do that and I think it should work.

Once done kindly update the status...

Our current UI Version 1.52.1.. We have configured many other apps along with this My Travel Request Version 2. If we upgrade it will existing apps get effected. Kindly let us know. So that we will upgrade the UI Version.

After upgrading the UI latest version, now we are able to see the screen.

Hi,

I think in 1.52 branch your UI version is in First stage(1.52.1)... In the branch 1.52 you can get latest one, that you can check with your basis team.

So update with the latest UI version within the same branch like ( 1.52.XX ).

This is SAPUI5 Strategy that as long as you remain on the 1.52 branch, you should not experience different behavior compared to what you have already tested...

So please go ahead with the up gradation and update the status if it works fine.

Thanks for giving the reply.. I have cleaned up CACHE as per the link shared by you but it didn't work we are facing the same issue..
