In your SPRO settings, go to logistics general and you will find settings for shift note and shift report

Start with defining a general notification with number range, screen templates and priorities.

In Make settings for Shift note type define this notification as Shift note type with use and origin as Work center/Hierarchy

Proceed to define Shift report types with Usage type as Work center/ Hierarchy.

Once done you can see the fields visible in work center/ resource/ hierarchy.

Please check in SFW5 if you have activated business function LOG_PP_SRN_CONF and LOG_PP_SRN_02. If these are activated then continue with the configuration in SPRO, once configuration is done shift report type and shift note type will be visible in work center.
