Bdc to create customer

Dear All,

Hi am able to create customer using bdc method . There is a problem with two fields. One is with title. When i am recording it is appearing i . There i am giving title as 'COMPANY' and the next fields is Name1 ' i am giving name here ' . It is creating customer. When i am seeing it from XD02 title and name both are appearing in the same line .

Second is when i am creating manually customer from XD01 there is a fields for mobile number but when i am going from shdb it is not appearing . Please share me you ideas if anybody have an experience with this .

Hi,

there is something call Transaction version ,so when u call XD02 it will hide somefields.

but if u use SHDB it will not going to hide those field and show u call..go to system status on home screen of XD02 and check wther transaction is defined or not.contact ur Functionl ppl regarding this

Hi,

For mobile number, try with checking 'Use central address mgmt' check box in the initial customer creation screen while recording using SHDB tcode. You should find details in the subsequent screens.
