Greetings,
I am creating a new document type and thus also require a status network. I would like to use a status network that another already existing document type has (I am trying to avoid creating a new one from scratch). Can you please advise on how to do this?
Regards,
Keith
Easiest is just to copy the entire document type (which includes status network, object links etc) and then make relevant changes. Select the document type and then select the copy button at the top in TCode DC10

Hi,
Just follow following steps:
Select the existing document type which you want to copy.Right click and select "Copy as " or press F6.
Here type new three character document type name and description. Also assign new document class.
If other data like object link and status is same, keep as it is. Thus you can create new document type with all status and object links copied.
I hope this will resolve your query.

Ravindra
