Objective Setting and Appraisal - how to change the order of columns

Hi Friends,

In OSA, I am able to change the order of criteria groups but I am not able to change the order of columns.

Is there any way do it.

Hi Vimal,

1. Using Transaction code OOAM or PHAP_CATALOG_PA, goto Appraisal Template (Object VA) level.

2. Goto tab Columns

3. At the extreme right you will get a scroll bar (with I written on it)

4. Place your cursor on the column text which you want to change and then use the scroll bar to change the position of the column.

In phap_catalog goto colum and change the column accordingly

In Phap_catalog I cant change the order of columns.

I want the start and end date of the obective below my custom column.

So I tried adding even custom columns for even dates, still I manage the order of columns properly.

Is there any way I could?
