I have a situation where i dont know how much stock is going to be used for partcular project so i want to skip reservation of goods in sap and directly consume the goods from MIGO.
Assuming you are not running in any MRP for the project, you can always consume the material in the project from say Plant stock by carrying goods issue. Movement type 221 for WBS and 281 for network will have the material consumed in the project. In such cases there is no need for any reservation to be existing in the project of the issue.
You can always do a manual Goods Issue with either 221 or 281 depending on the receiving object. You use the special stock indicator depending on where the inventory exists. Although, this will create problems with MRP if you do not plan the requirements even roughly.
