Hi Experts,
Please help with following requirement,
Lets say i have output condition table with Sales Area/Transportation Zone.
I want the condition records to be read from Bill to party instead of Sold to party.
Today the condition records gets triggered whenever Sales Area/Transportation from Orders match with Sales Area and Transportation Zone from Sold to Party. I want the condition records to be met against the bill to party and not the sold to party,
Best regards,
Please take a look at output type customizing in transation NACE. The setting you are looking for is out there somewhere, I'm sure you could find it.

Hi Kivanc,
In NACE we can use Partner Function just to define the receiver. If we use BP in NACE partner function that means the receiver email id or fax will come from BP.
My requirement wont be solved in output type customizing. My challenge is when i add a field to the field catalog to create table, how can i fetch data from BP instead of SP (RE instead of AG)
Thanks,
Hi Yassine,
What confuses me now is transportation Zone is not fetched from Sold-to Party in sales documents, but rather from Ship-to Party.
Can you elaborate your requirement with an example where sold-to, ship-to and bill-to differ on header level? How does your condition record look like? And what does the analysis say?
And also could you check the mapping within access sequence of the condition table to see how the field mapping was made (between condition table and output communication structure)?
Hi Yassine,
The communication structure already includes partner function as a field, so my guess is that you could read from partner BP (though I'm not quite sure if you could, if you don't maintain the condition record for BP).

To be sure you need to do the development, which I can't, as I do not have a sandbox system at hand.
Do you mean to say in your case, the sales area of Sold-To and Bill-To are different in sale orders? It cannot be....
