Multiple approvers

Hi all,

We have got a requirement in which an approval item triggered from a web dynpro application should go to multiple uwl inboxes since there are more than one approvers. If any one of them approves, the item should be deactivated/removed from other approvers' uwl as well.

How can this be done?

If you are GP then a Parallel Dynamic bliock should do the trick.

Hi Syam,

With the SAP workflow engine this is not a problem at all. If a task done by one of the receivants it will be removed from all the inboxes and the workflow will continue with the next step.

Hi Syam,

In such case we have used rules-engin. i would suggest you to follow the same approach Or you can go for BRMS.
