Unable to revert CLSD status of suborder

Hello All,

While trying to revert the CLSD status of suborder, I find that the options are greyed out.

Status is : CLSD PTBL CCOK MANC NCMP PRC SETC.

It is not locked.

Hi Sonakshi,

Did you use "Do not execute" Function to set the CLSD status of an order.

Once you have closed order using "Do not execute" Function. Then it is not possible to revoke the same. You cannot make changes to the order.

You can only make changes to CLSD status by revoking business and technical completion if status CLSD is set post REL.
