SLA Configiration document for solution manager EHP1

Dear All,

im configuring SLA service desk, and i use the existing hierarchy and product, and in part that you mention, i cannot create the product to the sales organization and distribution tab. do you know how to assign it?and what could be the proble?because last time i can insert the sales chanel 01, but now i cant do it.even in change mode.

Dear all,

may be this is cause of the problem, in tcode BP role sold-to-party there's message " There are no sales areas for maintanance" when i cant to create sales area, the button "choose sales Area" in inactive. can you help me.

i have following this link but still cannot work. even authorization , because im using sap_all and sap_new

Please kindly help me.
