sap security: assign a role to a user from CUA system

Hi gurus,

I have to assign a new role to a user.

I logged on CUA SYSTEM on SU01. In tab roles I added the new role. Then I saved. (I need that the user has this role on test, quality and production system.)

Then I logged on production system and I dispayed the same user with SU01, but in production system the user doesn't have the new role assigned.

I forgot any step?

Can anybody help me? what are the right step to do?

Hi,

When you will go to Role tab in CUA then corresponding to Role Column their will be another column System. When you assigned the role to user then have you mentioned logical name of the system as well e.g. <SID>CLNT<client number> ?

If not then please assign the role again and enter the system logical name in the CUA and then try.
