How to open *.lumx from Lumira Server with Lumira designer

We have a SAP BO 4.2 SP4 Patch 3 with a Lumira Server 2.2 Patch 2 AddOn.

As the Client Software SAP Lumira Designer 2.2 Patch 2. (The Same Version as the Server)

Now I try to open a Dashboard within the BO Server, that comes with a *.biar file and was imported with the promotion management. I am not able to open that document.
I am also not able to open the Lumira samples with the Lumira Designer.

How can I solve that problem

When connected with Designer in Documents Mode - and connected to the BIP, you should see folder "BI Platform Documents [<machine name>]. If you right-click and chose "Download Documents", you should be able to download and edit all documents for which you have permissions. Doesn't it work?

Some additional facts.

With BI Launchpad (classic) I can see the examples and the imported dashboard.

The Lumira examples are working fine and the imported dashboard givs a lot off errors, because the dashboard was transported from another envirnment. We have to change the connection elements for the wished results. And Lumira Discovery isn't an oprtion, because there are more the one connection within that dashboard

Nothing happens.
I can't see the dashboards
I can't see the sample dashboards.

I have tested a lot.

First tests was with Lumira/Lumira Server 2.0.
I can't seen the samples or the mentioned dashboard.

With 2.0 I was not even able to create a new dashboard with the Lumira Designer neither with the "SAP Lumira Documents" mode nor with " SAP Busines Objects BI Platform (Legacy)"

Second I iused Lumira 2.1 with SP 1 or SP 2 and the correspondig Lumira Server.

I can't seen the samples or the mentioned dashboard.

With 2.1 I was able to create a new dashboard. That dashboard I was able to open and to save it on the BI Plattform with the "SAP Lumira Documents" mode

Third I have tested the actuall version Lumira 2.2.SP0 Patch 2 as Client and as Lumira server

The Result:

I can't seen the dashboard created with version 2.1 SPx

The Environment is a single server with Windows Server 2012 R2 as a virtual maschine within vmware player. I hafe closed every local firewall and every firewall to the local host client.

The same result I have with a SAP BO 4.2 SP 4 Patch 3 on a Suse Linux Enterprise Server 12.03 Patch 3

There is the Client on a Citrix Environment.

What exactly happens when you try to open those dashboards in Lumira designer ?
Are you able to view them in bilaunchpad ?
Do you have firewalls between your server and the machine where Luira designer is ?
