How can i plan my material consumption for QI i a specific MIC?
For example I want to add (and MRP-plan) a "quality-material" (ex. expensive sterile one-use-equipmet or chemical ) without link this material to the inspected material BOM.

You can think of the other ways of planning the material using consumption based planning.
also you can use QM orders to show your consumption.
this can be a common order for a plant or you can also create different QM orders and assign them to the material master QM view and post consumption against the same.
Hope this helps

Generate the unplanned requirement with storage location like Qurantine storage location.

You can assign PRT's to a MIC but I can't honestly remember for sure if you actually consume an item via them. I don't think you can.
The only thing I can suggest is a follow-up action on the UD that does the stock reduction for you. Of course you'd have to include all the code to check the MIC's and figure out exactly the material to be consumed for that MIC. You might be able to store a material number into one of the info fields of the MIC.
