Error - Not able to start Oracle patch installation

Dear Experts,

I am not able to start the oracle patch

Please advice me u2026

My operating system version: AIX 5300

Please find the error u2026u2026

You can modify oraparam.ini file by entering your operating system version detail. Append 5300 version where you find AIX version info.

Please refer the following SAP Notes carefully :

SAP Note 980426 - Oracle 10.2 Software installation on new operating systems

SAP Note 833766 - Oracle Database 10g: Software installation problems 10.1.0

Then Re-start the OUI. It will run.

As an alternative you can start RUNINSTALLER with -ignoreSysPrereqs Option.
