Input field with Intellisense

HI Everyone,

My requirement is to create an input field with Intelisense.

For example: for a material input field.. if press 'P' all the materials starting with 'P' should display.. If i press '10' materials with number starting with '10' should be displayed..

Can anyone tell me how to do this??

Hi ramakanth

You can implement this only within the latest WebDynpro version from CE 7.2. It supports many cool AJAX features including what you name 'intellisense'.

Input fields with asynchronous input suggestion are already available in release 7.11 (7.1 enhancement pack 1).

We will publish a lot of tutorials about new 7.11 and 7.20 features in the near future.

Dear Ramakanth,

As of now I don't think that there is a UI element in which you can impliment intellisense in Web Dynpro Java.
