Hi together,
I try to figure out a way to invoice our worked service hours. Most of our service contracts do not have a fixed price. We get payed based on worked hours. We are currently starting to use the service component for our daily service tasks. But when we log our worked time via Human Ressources > Timesheet on a service call I could not find a way to invoice these logged hours.

Rather than looking for functionalities within the Time-Sheet (CATS), I would suggest using Time-Confirmation to Report All / Billable Hours as Cost on the PM/CS Order. From there, you can generate Quotations and Bills based on the Reported WorkHours / Costs ...
