acct.assignment to po,Printing advance payment

Hi,

I would like to know following.

1) Is their any link between account asignment to PO / PR.If yes path for the same.

Link exists between PO and item category as well as item category and account assignment but could not get link between po and acct.assignment.

2) What is transactin to print down payment request created in f-47
