PO is taking the price from the previous purchase order

Hi Friends

We are creating PO from SO.

While creating the SO the system will generate a PO.

The problem is that, its taking the Price from the last saved PO, not from

the price which we have entered in SO.

Thanks in advance

Hi ,

If you hadnt maintained the basic price in Put.Info .Record, the system will take from the last PO price..

In your case , the condition might be "0" in PIR..Pls check...

Hi

We are not creating any info record. Just we will create a Po and in background the Info record will be

generated, in that info record the price is blank.

So its taking the price of previous PO price.

We need to take the Price from SO.

You need to define buyer default in T.code OMFI with option do not copy last po price. and assign to user with parameter id EVO. Then it will not copy.

go to OMFI...double click on 01 or else create a new one from copying the standard---here go to the Price adoption tab & select the radia button against Do not copy....

now go to SU01/SU3...insert your user id....enter in the parameter tab EVO as parameter ID & parameter value as 01 or the newly created one at OMFI.

Hi

Thanks for the replay

I have checked the OMFI "Default values for purchasing" but there "Do not copy" is active.

So the price updation is not there.

But then also the PO is taking the value from the Previous PO, not the value from SO.

default value of buyer should be numeric. Then it needs to be assigned in SU01 for user with parameter id EVO.

Then restart your SAP session

HI

since you have been using the item category as TAB in SO, when the system creating the purchase requstion it takes the value from the purchase info record check the PIR value for the price eof the material and check waht u have maintained in Material master that is Standard price or moving average price. the system will always fetch the value from PIR for a PO or the moving average price but u can change the price manualy in the PO.

hope this helps.
