PIR Reduction in different plant

we make PIR in Plant A.

MRP make STR in Plant A for procurement from Plant B(manufacturing Plant).

When finishing manufacturing, Stock transfer to Plant A and then good-issue for sales in Plant A.

But Sometimes, Good issue plant used to be changed from Plant A to Plant B,

because Plant b is more close to customer.

in this case, good-issue in Plant B can reduce PIR in Plant A?

The options to reduce PIRs in another plant are using a stock transfer or planning with a planning material. See detrails in SAP Help below:

There is a BAdI to influence PIR reduction (MD_PIR_FLEX_CONS) but it cannot be used to force the reduction of a PIR which wouldn't be reduced according to the standard settings.
