Customer Creation in SAP C4C should trigger approval notifications

Hello Team,

Currently we have setup standard integration between C4C<>ERP via PI, but client wants to have a approval process notification sent out to different parties for approval when an Customer is created in C4C and before it gets created in ERP.

1. Approved consent should be sent to ERP system in parallel for customer creation in ERP

OR

2.Once we get the approved consent in C4C then only teh integration (Customer creation) should happen in ERP.

Is this possible? Please help.

Dear Rupesh,

At this time the creation of Approval Processes only works for Campaigns, Opportunities, Sales Quotes, Tickets, and Contracts.
