Employee numbers

Dear All,

We are generating new employee numbers for all employees during go live

Previous employee numbers are maintained in IT0031

for all SAP standard reports it picks up new number

is there a way where we can make the system to pick up the OLD employee number from 0031 also

Please check standard report RPLREF00 or transaction S_AHR_61016358.

A little unclear what your are asking for here. If you want to be able to select on the employee number in 0031, I don't believe this is possible without making custom reports? Standard reports all use logical database and GET PERNR. This returns all persons based on criteria in selection screen.

The same probably apply if you want to output the old employee number in all your reports. You would have to make a modification or a Z-variant of the reports.
