IDoc Error's - CUA and Child System - ALE

When manual update ( User group ) of user id's are done for Sand Box from Sandbox Central System.
These idoc error's are noticed - screen shots enclosed

a. What is the difference between Partner L / / TCUCL and LS / / TCUCLNT101.
b. Error " EDI: Partner profile not available "
c. Error " System is not a child system in a central user maintenance network.
d. What is the difference between Port " SAPTC and SAPTCU "

Please let us know how these can be resolved.
