ESR Objects not visible after import

We are currently running PI 7.11 and PI 7.0 in parallel environments in preparation for cutting over to 7.11. Due to projects that are currently in process we needed to directly export/import a namespace from our Production 7.0 system to our future Production 7.11 system, instead of transporting the objects through the new 7.11 landscape from the new Dev system. After the import the updated objects did not appear in the namespace in the 7.11 Prod system. We tried deleting the objects and reimporting them. We also tried transporting from Dev with CTS, but we still cannot get the objects to appear. If we do a transport search in ESR we can see the objects that we imported, but they still do not show up under the SWCV in the Design Objects tab. We have reviewed the following posts, but none of them contain a clear solution:

Try to re-import the SWCV from sld and do a re-transport and see if the objects are getting visbile now?

It does not allow us to re-import the SWVC because it already exists. Are you suggesting that we delete the entire SWVC and all the other namespaces it contains? We have tried updating the SWVC from the SLD and reimporting the namespace, but that did not work.

Hi Kurt,

Yes delete the SWCV and re-import it and then redo the transport.

Since this is a Prod environment I would suggest you to re-check before you go ahead. If yo are sure that there is a back up for all then objects then only follow my suggestion else please wait for some other approch.
