Access not made (inititialised field) 524 error msg in shipping output

Hi

Please help with the following.

I have applied the following to shipping output determination

1) ZTERM added to Table KOMB via access key

2)ZTERM (payment terms) added to field catalog for shipping output

3) Table created with Sales org and Payment term

4) This table inserted into an existing access sequence

5) condition record created with relevant sales org and payment terms relating to Letters of credit

Sales order created for letter of credit customer

delivery created

but no output has been produced, against this condition record

in the determination analysis :-

Message 524 - access not made (initialised field)

Sales org has been found

there is a yellow explanation mark next to Payment terms

does this mean that the Abap program we are using needs an update to add KOMB-ZTERM ?

You have to assign output determination procedure to the header of the document and the output type.

Check whether you have assigned.

it has been assigned to ODP to header and output type

I have simply added the new table to an already existing and working access sequence

It think it may be something to do with ZTERM not actually being in any of the tables relating to the delivery documnent.

Yet SAP has allowed me to create a condition table with this in.?

How can i get this to work ?

Hi Tony,

Access not made : - There is possibility that one or two fields are missing in the document, which you have included in the table for example payment term. if its missing then also this error will come.

Please check and revrt back.
